Store Policy

Do to the nature of some of our products, such as saddles or pads, returns are a tricky area. We strive to work with our customers.  We will accept returns and refund once the item is received and inspected as long as there is no evidence of damage or use of the product.  Our customers do not want to purchase a pad that has been on someone else animal.  The world we live in has made freight a significant issue for many products.  We do not reimburse for freight unless the error is ours.  Buyers are responsible for freight on returned items that were shipped to their request.  Custom orders, items we do not stock are non-returnable.

Privacy & Safety

We value privacy.  We do not collect information outside of what you may request during phone or other contact related to the products you are inquiring or ordering.  We do not contact our customers unless it is requested by you.  We do utilize third party banking, as every stored does, to verify your payment.  We do not send unsolicited emails, text etc nor monitor your viewing of products as some stores do.   Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you!.
